I don't believe it can be done. If it can the only way would be to spread your fingers to zoom in. Sorry I can't be more helpful but I just don't think it is possible.

Hi. Yes this is possible. With the page in view double tap on the screen. A menu appears at the top of the screen. Look for the icon Aa. On opening this there is a choice of options e.g. Brightness, text size, colour, font etc. To change the text size tap on the + sign and the text size will increase. To decrease use the - sign. Enjoy your kindle.
It depends upon the variety of tablet you're using, but ALL tablets offer some way of adjusting display font size and/or screen resolution. Check the "display" settings.
Usually when online you can't control the font on hand held devices. Only in books. You can control font size on a computer. If you cannot cannot change the font by spreading your fingers apart on the screen then it can't be done.
Assuming you are talking about Amazon's Kindle Fire:
Go to the main screen, pull down from the top, in the upper right hand side there is settings, then go to Accessibility, about half way down there is a switch for "Use Large Font Size". That increases the size throughout the whole system.
Or if you are asking about while you are reading an eBook? While in the eBook click the screen to bring out the settings menu, There is a button that says: "Aa - View" Click that, then you can click the Aa with an arrow above it and it will increase the text size for your book (You can also choose a different font which may be easier for you to read too)

To make the display better, we can increase the resolution and the font size of the computer. Here's how we do: 1:Increase the resolution: Click on start and then on control panel . Apperance and Personalization and then Personalization .click on Display settings and now take the slider to right to adjust the resolution, you may set to high. 2: Increase the font size: On Personalization click on Adjust font size (DPI) and then click on Larger scale (120 DPI)......click on Apply and OK
