Go to user tools button then highlight system press ok then scroll down to interface settings press ok then machine ipv4 set to auto dhcp press ok then press user tool button turn off copier. and then back on wait about a minute or so then do procedure on computer to add copier select network to fine copier.

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.

Try getting into service mode and see if you can reset the user passwords by turning them off in the settings.

Pull the litium battery off of the printer card and put it back in. That may reset the password unless it wrote it to the hard drive.
