Voicemail access code will be done at the carrier side. You can call your voicemail and change it after you access your message service. Since you are on verizon, you can actually do it on line too. You can go to myverizon.com and log into your account and follow the instructions to change your passwords.

Assuming you mean wipe the phone, then follow the instructions at the website below.

There is no "button" to dial the voicemail. (you didn't read manual).
You access your voicemail by dialing YOUR OWN CELL NUMBER.
(find it here): Menu / Settings / Phone info / Build info / YOUR #.
(copy it down)

If your cell # is: 101-555-1234, DIAL: 1015551234 / hit green phone.
Just follow all the voice prompts to set up your greeting message,
access & delete voicemail messages, etc..

ADD YOUR OWN NUMBER TO YOUR PHONE -- AS A CONTACT.
Place it in double parenthesis, just like this: "VOICEMAIL"
When you open phone and hit the contacts button, it will ALWAYS
be the very FIRST contact in your list of contacts. DARN HANDY!!

TVA and TVS systems have master passwords that the installer has. If you lost the password to 999, then your installer can probably come out and reset them. If you have lost the master password, Panasonic can restore that, but it's not easy.

If you happen to have the password for 998 and 999, you get there by pressing #6 *99x at the login. Put in your password and IIRC admin is option 5 or 6 in 999.

When you reach a service representative, request assistance with your voice mail set up.

You'll need to contact your provider or access your account either in a store or if you have online access to your phone account. The voicemail password has to be reset by going through customer service, a salesperson, or if you can login to your account, you can change it yourself.

Obviously you lost your programming. Question is whether the unit is operational. Best thing to do is contact your local Avaya Business Partner for a repair.
If you tell me your location, I can recommend one.

Generally, you dial feature 981 to get in, then extension number and password. If you have no new messages it will say that, then give you the option to review old messages. To delete a message you press 76. If that doesn't work, login to your mailbox, press 8* then 6 to get to "go to message" then press the message number and #. If you have an on-site administrator, they can delete your mailbox as well, otherwise you will have to call your tech help service and have them erase it remotely.
