You can buy a wireless mouse and plug the dongle or base into a usb port . Most are Plug & Play so as soon as your pc starts up it should find the program on the wireless base unit and identify it for use . Try ebay.

How do you change the wireless mouse from one computer to another?

A wireless mouse or keyboard relies on a feature in the computer itself to communicate with these devices. Unless the computer you're moving the wireless mouse to can communicate with wireless devices or also came with the same or similar mouse, you may be unsuccessful in your attempts to get it to work. Moving both the wireless mouse and the "card" out of one desktop computer to another should work if you want to go to that much trouble.

My mouse will suddenly stop moving new battery doesnt help

Is there a resync button on the bottom and on the base station (that is on the end of the usb plug that you plug into your computer)? Press the one on the base station first, then the one on the mouse within a few seconds.

You could also:

Try another set of batteries.
Try another USB port.

Wireless keyboard and optical mouse

Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!

Wireless mouse

Hi,
f you find the little reset button on the base, or between the buttons, and push it in, using a pencil or something, and hold for a few seconds, you'll find it'll work now.
Otherwise, replace the batteries.

Hope this helps

Logitech wireless mouse & keyboard

if your mouse shows red led light comming from the bottom. then try to hit the reset button. also try to move the base closer or twist its direction a lil bit. hit the connect button. also try unplugging the base unit and plugging it back in. If that fails try it on another computer. if it works on another one, then you have faulty windows drivers.

Wireless mouse and keyboard

Push the connect button on the wireless base, then push the connect button on the keyboard or mouse, that is supposed to reconnect the device. Make sure the wireless base is close enough to the keyboard.mouse, and nothing metal is blocking the path between the keyboard/mouse and the base.
