On my Facebook account (no matter what browser I use or if I login via phone or computer) the "people you may know"/"friend suggestions" feature is gone. It doesn't appear at all on my home page. It will sometimes appear on my "find friends" page; however, it says "no results found." Additionally, if I try and search for people (even people I know exist) I get "no results found." Please help!
I don't know how to keep it there permanently (most people want to get rid of it) but you can find the People You May Know on the Find Friends page:

People You May Know is based on social proximity – Facebook looks at your friends-of-friends and suggests people that you have the most mutual friends with. If you don't have many friends or your friends don't have many friends it is possible that Facebook is lost for suggestions.
No, don't think that is it. I have a sister and we live in the same town and have most of the same friends and her "people you may know" is filled with suggestions.
Not only that but there is clearly something wrong since the "search" feature isn't turning up any results. Even if I search for an extremely common name like "ashley" it will say "no results found." Also, the search feature which normally allows you to search for people by city, school, etc. is also turning up no results.
Very strange. On the computer side, can you provide further details about which browser(s) you are using and what operating system version (Windows? OS X?). Is your language in Facebook set to US (English)?
I normally use IE but have tried opening Facebook in Firefox but get the same results. I am currently using Windows 7. It should be noted that I have this same problem on various computers and my cell phone. My language on Facebook is English. Some site reccomended changing the language and then changing it back to English but this didn't work.
I am at a loss here for a solution for you. It almost seems that there is a problem with your specific account since you are getting the same results across all browsers and devices. It sounds like you have also searched for an answer. You could try sending an email to [email protected] with some screen shots. FB doesn't provide phone or online chat support and I can't imagine a quick response to an email but worth the try. Did this problem start suddenly? Did it every work?
Yes, it used to work but has recently stopped. I was thinking that it must be an account problem as well since I am experiencing it no matter what. I have emailed FB but of course they haven't gotten back.
