Have you tried focusing before you take a photo? To do this, press down the shutter button on your camera but don't push it far enough to take a photo. This enables the camera to focus on what it's about to photograph before you press the shutter button again and take the photo.

If you have just purchased this new camera then it would be under warranty. I suggest you return it to the shop for a replacement or warranty repair. If you try to fix it yourself then you most likely void your warranty.
Put the card in the camera. Press the Playback button (right-pointing triangle). Yes, you won't see any pictures from the internal memory with the card in. Press MENU/OK to bring up the playback menu. Use cursor-up/down to highlight "Copy" and press cursor-right. Press cursor-up/down to select "INTERNAL MEMORY TO CARD" and press cursor-right. Select the desired option and press MENU/OK.

Press the playback button (right-pointing triangle). Press the MENU/OK button. Use cursor-up/down to select "COPY". Press cursor-right. Select IN -> SD and press cursor-right. Use cursor-up/down to select ALL FRAMES and press MENU/OK.
Menu screen set the language,date and time then go to your photos on the playback screen =(green arrow) then press F button scroll down to print order (DPOF) select print with date.
1) Check you're settings are all on "Auto".
2) The button you press to take the photo is a 2 stage button. Press half way, if you're gentle you should feel a slight resistance. Pause at this stage, just for a moment to allow your camera to focus properly. Then proceed with the action until photo is taken.
3) It takes a little practice to get used to it, but with any luck you photo's should be crisp.
4) If this doesn't work and you bought it less than a year ago, take it back to the shop and comlain.
