Question about Samsung CLP-500 Laser Printer
I have a Samsung CLP 500 series printer that I have replaced the Transfer belt and the Imageing unit on and it still says they need to be replaced. I have tried restarting, unplugging and turning off the unit but it continues to have the same issue. It says processing .... and then shuts itself off when it gets to hot. Can you help me?
If you have the manual for the printer look up how to reset it.
also try unplug and push in the power button, then plug it back in and turn it on. let me know if that works.
