Hi, which way are the wires connected to the element of a NEFF B1432 oven. I have 2 red and 1 black wire.

Take a look at the videos. I looked for wiring diagrams.

Yes two red flecked on same terminal and the black flecked on the other side terminal of the element. Bobs your Uncle......HEAT! Make sure they are a tight fit. New spades if required.

All the red stripes on one side, single (if you look carefully should have a black fleck in the cream cord type covering) on the other side.

It can be 1 of 3 things .. 1 burnt of termination to element ( most common ) 2 faulty selector switch ie rotary or digital switch or 3 faulty element .... Requires technician !!

Could be a faulty thermostat, but I would check that element is getting hot before commiting to replace the thermostat.
Run it for a few minutes and feel to see if you can feel hot air blowing from fan at rear of oven. If no heat present, thei it will be the elemnt that is faulty.

If the fan is working o/k then you need a new element fitting.
Remove the panel at the rear of the oven, there you will see the element, remove the fixing screws and ease the element forward,taking care not to lose the wires, disconnect the leads and fit new element.
The light flickering is probably the bulb not screwed in propely or a bad contact, nothing to worry about.

either the new element is faulty, or you are not getting a supply to it, you need to check with a meter to see if you are getting voltage to the element.

did you check the old element with a multimeter to make sure it is in fact faulty?
check continuity across the thermostat as well

hi there green and yellow is allways the earth connection which is usually the middle tag, what are the colours of the remaining wires and how many are there???
