I have Richo Aficio MP 1600 all in one device-- Faxes fine, copies fine; Cannot get scanner to connect although Twain drivers are installed & device is connected to the network with its own IP address, pleas help

Make sure the gateway is entered correctly, are you scanning to file or E-mail? Using web immage monitor is the easiest way to do it either way. if you have questions e-mail them to quennie@wcvt.com -Carl

1.Get the ip address of the copier through [user/tools]
2. open internet explorer on you pc and in the adress field type the ip address of the Ricoh.
If the machine web browser pops up you haveconnectivity to the machine. If it does not appear you will not be able to scann unless you solve the conectivity problem.
