I am going to recommend 'savefrom.net' and the best way to download videos using it from facebook, youtube, etc.. is to get the
firefox savefrom.net helper addon. Take these steps:
- Ensure you have firefox browser installed and open
- Add add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/savefromnet-helper/
- Goto facebook
- Find the video and you should see a download link or icon
- Click it to download the video
It will be in flv, mp4, or some other format.
