I believe you will have to reflash your device, using the restore feature on iTunes and the CFU mode in you iPhone.

To restore your iPhone, you will have to enter to CFU mode:

1. turn off your phone, or wait it get turned off by itself.
2. press and hold the power button for exactly 3 seconds.
3. whithout leaving the power button, press the HOME button for another 10 seconds exactly.
4. after 10 seconds leave the power button but still, keep the HOME button pressed.

try all these steps, of course, while you iPhone is connected to your computer with the USB cable and the iTunes software is on.

First try doing a reset by holding the off button and the home button at the same time. If that does not help remove the app then do the reset again then reinstall the App. Hope this helps.
