You might be able to buy them as a spare part from the manufacturer but if not there are a host of companies supplying all manner of carbon brushes and even some companies that will manufacture a pair to order, requiring little other than one of the originals as a pattern.

Parts for Campbell Hausfeld can be found at www.chpower.com. Campbell Hausfeld does not however, sell motor parts for many of their tools. You would have to call their 800 number and speak with a parts person to determine availability. You may be able to purchase a close match at a local True Value hardware store. They sell a variety of brushes for many major brands of tools. Purchase a slightly larger set of brushes and sand them to size. If the connector is different, cut off the old connector and solder it to the new brush.

You can get carbon brushes from any electric motor - have a look around scrap dealers for vacuum cleaners, washing machines, alternators from cars etc - you may find an appropriate brush from there.
You can also try eBay or the manufacturer's website
