I CANNOT USE MY SCANNER.

"NO SCANNER DETECTED" IS THE WORDS THAT POPS UP ON MY COMPUTER WHENEVER I WANT TO USE MY SCANNER. MY SCANNER BRAND IS CANOSCAN N640P. HOW CAN I FIX THESE? MY SCANNER HAS ONLY ONE CABLE ATTACHED TO THE CPU. DO I NEED A CABLE FOR POWER OF THE SCANNER?

hi sandrotaguil... try to look first at the  back of your scanner if you need to have a power cable... if its not.. then there's something wrong when you install the software driver of your scanner.. all you have to do is to uninstall it and reinstall it again... thank you very much
