Helicopters are not easy to fly, they are not naturally stable. New blades do not solve the problem, this can only be achieved by training and very delicate movements of the cyclic pitch control. I recommend to use a larger skid (broader) or some light device that enlarges the skid surface (to avoid tilting and damage). But be sure that a coaxial helicopter is easier to fly than any conventional model with just one main rotor and anti-torque tail rotor.
