Luis, Does the whole screen shake or just the icons? Is it charging, you might try a different charger, you may not be getting a "clean" charge. Clear browser history, cookies. Let pad drain charge till it puts itself to sleep, recharge, turn on this will allow a system reboot. I forgot to say if icons are shaking its in delete mode, attempting to delete an app. Look for a icon that has a small X in the corner that's the one in delete mode. Keep Ipad like devices away from metal there is strong magnetic field around the perimeter of the screen than can mess with the screen.
