It means you have exceeded the number of tries you are allowed to get the correct password. You might want to check on the fellow that sold it to you. Maybe stolen.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

My facebook account is sarah bachman gibbs please help to log on

If you really can't log in, you should contact Facebook, not fixya. You can ask Facebook to reset your password so you can make a new password for your login.
Just press forgot password on the login screen.

My nephew logged into HIS face book account by selecting the FB symbol on My words with friends on my iPad (not through my FB). Now when I use my words with friends the username changes between my username...

a very simple solution to this is to go to browser settings from the right side of the page and then deleting all the history including clear cache, forget passwords everything and then start fresh. if this is too difficult for you, you can go to the words game log him out and then log in again to the same game via facebook. and it will disconnect or log him out from everywhere and log you in to words and facebook. hope this helps.
