Question about HP ScanJet 2400 Flatbed Scanner
When an attempt is made to scan an invoice the image does not pick up some of the column and row lines. Also some of the text appear on the wrong side of the lines
The scanner does not give you the ability to change the resolution.
Have u checked,the driver software reinstalling,u also try to preview n scan image by going to my computer ,right clk on the icon hp 2400 scanner ,clk get pictures,fist check preivew,then scan.check for the results ?,if not ok ,pls revert for further solution
