Heater only blows cold air. I have a Weather King Heater and it only blows cold air the burners will fire for about 2-10 seconds and then it goes . ...

Toget proper heat, keep your temp setting at 30+ degree and also mode in "heat"position. If still no heat, check your heating sensor for closed circuit by anOHMs metre. It it's with RV, check power to RV.If it's with heatingelement check power to element. If power is there but still no heat meanselement defective. Replace new heating element. Thanks.

I have a weather king model 90RJ - first time I've had hot air heat..When I turn on the heat, the blower turns on right away ( blowing cold air) - I understand that the ducts have to cleared of the cold...

When the furnace first comes on there is a induced draft motor that should come on first but that forces air up the exhaust or flue, not into supply air on ductwork. It is not unusual for cold air to be blown out when burner first turns blower motor on. This should last for a short period of time, no more than a min. or two. You can watch furnace cycle by removing top front cover, I should back up here and ask is this a gas or electric unit. If it is gas you should be able to watch burner flames for a short time before blower comes on. I really need more information so I can try to ascertain what is going on. Wish I could be more help. Thank you.

Weather King blows fuse in Criterion II furnace

You probably have a shorted wire between the heater and the a/c. There are two wires that conncet the control power to the outdoor a/c from the heater they should be on terminal c & y in the heater. disconect those two wires and try it again if the fuse doesnt blow you have a short in the wire between the a/c & heater

Not blowing cold air

Your in house core could have frozen over. check the core inside the indoor blower unit. it may have frozen over. this will interrupt the cold air function.

Furnace not blowing hot air

Check your flu pipe and make sure there is no obstruction in the entire pipe. Sometimes the exhaust fan for the flu will not come on because the safety will not allow it to and it will also cause the fan to run, but not the burners to engage ignition.
Hope that helps.
God Bless.
