Jeep wrangler coil pack problem

I have 2001 Jeep wrangler (6 cylinder). Engine started to idle rough and check engine light came on. The code was cyclinder 1 and 2 misfire (primary and secondary coil).
I replaced the coil rail. The codes are now cylinder 1 and 6 misfire. I changed plugs in 1 and 6, but no help. I checked resistance on the 4 four pins of the coil rail, but they all show shorted together.

Any ideas.

Where can I find snap on manual for MT2261

Others on internet mention calling Snap On and a free manual might be sent. Otherwise this was found to explains basics:

Reset button - resets the light to zero
Tach/Adv - Toggles between the tach setting and the advance settings.
Flash - On/Off for the strobe
Dec - Decrease the setting
Inc - Increases the setting

Basic use. Hook up the battery leads, Clip the pickup on cylinder number
one. It should come up and ask you to select number of cylinders.
Now it will display the rpms of the engine and can be used as a standard
timing light.
To use the advance feature you need the specs for the engine. They will
tell you that base timing should be something like 4 degrees at 500 rpm.
and that full advance should be something like 30 degrees at 1500 rpms.

Now use the Tach/Adv button to select degrees. Use Dec/Inc to adjust
that number. Then switch to tach and adjust it to the correct number.
When you use the light set properly it will read zero degrees at the set
rpm IF the timing is correct. Use the same thing to check full advance.

Need to install cd player in 97 wrangler. need to know which wires are speaker ground power etc.

easiest thing to do is to go to best buy and buy a radio harness kit for $15-20 which will plug ontop of your radio harness so you don't have to splice any wires. the kit is a plug on one end and labeed wires on the other end that will tell you where everything you need is to install a new cd player in such as your power, ground, remote, and speaker wires...much easier to do then to splice and trace each wire.

No start

Could be camshaft possition sensor. Located in distributor assembly. Relatively easy fix, but costs around $150 being that it is a dealer only part. Hope this helps!
