Can't get to the settings, erase messages, change anthing....

Hi,
Had my phone unlocked in China so I could use any type of SIM card.
When I receive the phone back the settings, background everything was change, all the information I had save on the phone was gone. I started to change the background, ringtones etc but then I couldn't get to my setting anymore. Now I can't get to the settings, erase messages and the memory is full and change change background. But what bothers me the most is that I can't get to the settings.
