It means you have too many apps open probably. I think rebooting should help, but if it keeps happening a way to work around it is to remove some of the apps that you use often that seem like they would probably use a lot of memory. That is a rough solution. A finer solution is to go into Settings and find App Manager and another Apps section that shows currently running apps (I am being too vague here but if you look around in Settings long enough I think you will find the right place.) There is a place where you can clear the cache or clear the settings for each app that is running. It should show how much memory each app is using. If you clear the settings then it will forget who you are and it will act like you never used the app before. If you clear the cache it usually doesn't have a whole lot of effect except it will have to download some items again. I remember I had to do this a lot with Hasbro's Scrabble app on Android (then I stopped using it because it had too many video ads and annoying features of gameplay).
