Question about Grundig Traveller Clock Radio
I have a Digital FM clock radio, that has been working since last two years. Recently the display became blank though no shock or field is applied.
After changing both the cells (AA size 1.5 Volt ) the display is blank?
Could you help in solving the problem? Is there any authorised service centre for Grundig in India? If so can you furnish me the contact address.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Radio can be on or off. 24 hour clock only (11:00pm = 23:00hrs). 2 clocks Time I and Time II. Select one or the other by pressing TIME 1/2 button (shows in display at top center). To set, if it is 23:00hrs, press 2 3 . 0 0, then immediately press TIME 1/2 button.

If you sent it in 3 times, then I would suggest getting a new one if you know for sure that other's work in that area. If other's don't work, then then you have some type of interception between the radio waves and your radio. There is nothing I can do about that, and probably nothing you can do.
Otherwise, you should get a new radio.

If the radio uses memory batteries, try changing these with new alkalines. The microprocessor needs this power to drive the display.

Hold down the power button for a second or two when turning it on to disable the timer. For AM reception issue, you could insert both ends of a long wire into the red and black connectors on the back to act as an extra AM/shortwave antenna, or connect a wire to a pipe, oven, or other grounded object and plug it into the black connector in order to improve reception. Those connectors snap to hold the wire in place.
