Click I can't access my account on yahoo mail page.
Select forgot password. If you forgot your password.
Click on Next.
Enter your ID and code shown below.
Then verify your ID and reset your password.
Note make sure you provide the correct details.

Contact Yahoo and give them your information. They can email your user name and password, if you can answer your security questions.
