The ip90 is very fragile on the top center. When you travel with it in luggage or anything on top of it, it bends the frame down so paper can't pass thru. The only repair is a new print engine which is around $120.00. Otherwise look inside the back with a flashlight to see if anything has fallen in to stop the paper.
