i would suggest any store selling belts (automotive, tire places, white goods repairers and suppliers), just grab old belt, take it with you and salesperson will be able to determine from the numbers on the belt what length and profile of the belt will be and will sell you happily replacement.

There are many things that can stop it from spinning....but the
first place to check is the belt. Is it loose or broken?

Sounds like the belt is either broken or slipped off,or the pulleys on the motor or basin are not turning. Most likely it will be the belt. If you can open the panel you should be able to see the problem. If it is the belt,you may find the part at any appliance shop and fix it yourself. If the pulleys are not turning the belt,there could be a few different reasons for this. You would have to look at them and find out why. They may be fixable but it would depend on the specific problem. If the machine is still under a warranty,it would be best to take it to the dealer.
