My Honeywell smartvalve stop opening the gas valve, inducer motor started, glow and pilot happen, just no fire...I replaced said smartvalve and upon installation, the inducer motor wouldnt run, no glow or pilot...nothing, except the blower fan...I unhooked all wires from the new smartvalve, hooked them to the old and again, inducer motor kicked in I got glow ...what is going on?
Double check the wiring connections, maybe you have the pilot valve and the main valve wiring reversed. I had a call one time where the homeowner installed the gas valve backwards, so no flow and of course and the wiring on the three terminals was reversed.
The inducer should start whether or not the gas valve is wired wrong, unless it is wired in parallel with the pilot valve.

Check the roll out switch(s) and the lock out switches. They are a small disc looking about the size of a nickle, with with 2 wires attached on them. There will be a re-set button in the middle that resembles a small peg. Push this in to re-set. As the glow coil shorted out, the fuse on the control board may have blown. On the newer furnaces find the main board and look for a car type fuse. If blown, replace. You also have the symptoms of a bad limit switch, by the clicking noise (the heat fan relay) and the blower fan running instantlly.

Normally, you should have 5 color wires: W-White, Y-Yellow, G-Green, R-Red and C-Blue.
The Blue wire is a common from the transformer on older systems, which is probably hooked to RC terminal.
Try this: Remove the blue wire and jump the RC to RH with the red wire and you will be fine. Blue wire should not be needed with the new thermostat.
This should also be stated in the instruction manual.
Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with a Coleman. The problem is the blower relay. You can find this at http://mobilehomerepair.com
