I have a HP 4600 series printers that are having intermittent registration problems. When you run the paper path test, it puts a cyan header at the top of the page called ''hp color Laserjet''. You can see the megenta under the cyan....as if the two colors are not bein laid down on top of each other. Any ideas on what is causing this
This problem may be an indication of needing the paperpick-up assembly repalced. It is hard to tell without seeing it.
