To change from lp to Ng the change required is different jets in the burners Nothing more
go to a shop that sells gas cookers. B B Qs and they will have the jets in stock
ask as to adjust the air shroud to keep the air mixture right
orifice sizes will increase since goin from lp to nat gas.......to convert appliances you will need diff gas valves, nat gas and propane will have diff pressures
You cannot do it. Their is no way. These come in 2 versions. Natural OR propane and they cannot be converted. The pilot is designated as a nat pilot assembly and the gas valve is designated a nat only valve. Their is no way to convert it not without costing a ton of money. You would need a LP gas valve and an LP pilot assembly. It would be better just to sell it to a nat gas user and get an LP one.
Weber no longer offers or support conversion kits. If you do any conversion it will VOID you warranty!
That said, if you can find the parts online for the LP version of your grill you can convert it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.
You will need to change the JETS and the GAS REGULATOR. Unfortunately they do not sell official Weber Gas Jets alone. You will have to by the complete LP Manifold, valves and all as well as the Tank Hose with Regulator...
Make sure you are comfortable with all of this... Leak testing etc...
Dont know if you can get orvices for that heater but almost all gas appliances can be converted for nat to lp and lp to nat, they made a spud kit which is a blank orvice that you drill out your nat gas orvice to I think a 20 drill side and install the spud in and redrill to size usally a nat-gas orvice is around 8 to 10 sizes larger then a lp.The big thing is the gas valve and if it has a built in regulator or not, some valves can be conferted to open up the regulator pressure by the spring or a block off kit and others are fixed and cant be changed, have to replace valve.most nat-gas are at 3" to7" and lp is at 10".Hope this helps you
