Hi,
I fed our Fellowes C220 with too much paper at once. I have tried everything from using the turbo jam button to putting it into reverse to adding oil to the paper. The paper is stuck at the top and I can see some of it on top of the rollers. Nothing is coming out at the bottoem. I at tempted to open it up, because it looks like I could fix it like that. I would be very grateful for any suggestions.

First unplug shredder. You can remove the top and start removing paper. It can be quite time consuming. I can't remember if this model uses plastic paper strippers or not. If it does, they may have broken when the shredder jammed. They strip the paper from the cutters.
