the problem arises temporarily like the letters a,s,z,x,q,w of the keypad not appear when writing in notepad.secondly when a file i open,there is a file like help & support center opens automatically & then no. of files likely opens making the laptop hanging position.i have formated but no solution found

Sounds more like the keyboard is bysu packing up. It is not very expensive to have it replaced and really is worth the while
