Bob... This happened to me once and I was never able to get the picture realigned. As you probably know, the 4 screws on the chip holder that go through the springs are allignment screws. My problem was, I would turn the screws all the way to the limit and it still wasn't enough to bring the pic centered. Hopefully this isn't the case for you. Start by turning one of the screws several turns and see if that improved the centering or made it worse. You should be able to bring the pic back on center by adjusting those screws. If not, then you've got the board out of allignment. (Good luck on finding a fix when the boards out... I finally gave up on it)

Robb, from what I have seen on YouTube, the alignment screws are covered by plastic caps. The spring screws might be for heat expansion??? I'll let you know when I can get to it. Thanks for the post.
Robb, I got the job done very easily. I took all three plastic caps off and loosened all three screws about two and a half turns. This allowed me to grip onto the heat sink and move it. Once I got the pic aligned, I tightened the three screws down and replaced the plastic caps. That was it. I did have to move the heat sink fan out of the way to get to the one plastic cap. Thanks for your help, Bob
