How can I replace defective cookware from Cook's Essentials?

The 6 quart pot has bubbling and peeling on the inner surface on the bottom of the pot. How can I have it replaced? The information on the bottom outside of the pot states it was made in Thailand. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me.

Cook's Essentials cepc600s (6 qt). How can I get a replacement inner pot?

Milford, Cooks essentials maybe a Chinese manufacturer and a QVC exclusive, parts maybe very difficult to come by. Try eBay or Amazon.

I have many cook essential cookware. And I love. But I have a pan that is peeling. I thought that this cookware was not supposed to peel. Isnt it supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it?

Hello ciharmon59,

Everything I can find show that all cook essential cookware has a limited lifetime warranty on it. There are many retailers QVC, Target, etc. I would find a local retailer and contact them to find out what you need to do inorder to warranty the item that is peeling.

Thank you for choosing FixYa.com

MUST USE OLIVE OIL OR OTHER TYPE OF SPRAYS TO PREVENT FOOD FROM STICKING ON OUR NON STICK COOK WARE.... HELP.... NEED SOLUTION PLEASE....THANK YOU PRODUCT COOKS ESSENTIALS COOKWARE

you may be using too much heat. if you can cook with less heat and slower- this usually helps. If it was cheaper non-stick cookware you still may need to use a small amoutn of oil.
if you have burned the pan or used excessive heat i would recommend replacing it.

An enamel cookware baking dish that I particulary like fell and cracked on the outside (red surface) and there is also a small chip in the inner area where the food is cooked. Is there anything I can do to...

the crack may get bigger with use and any repair would have to be with foor safe materials / you could only use it with a coking bag ( makes cleaning easy . but its probably time to replace it , mm

Defective part

To better address the problem with your nonstick pot... I need more information on the steps you have used to clean the pot and the extent of damage to the pot itself.

You indicated that the damage has occured between the pot and the inner surface of the cooker base? Is this a corrosive damage or a build up of material on the inner liner of the base?

Often times a build up of 'hard water' minerals accumulates on the inner surface due to condensation and occasional overflows from the foods being cooked. They can appear to be a type of fungus or mold.
