Tried thermostat and a fan relay
If it is a relatively new furnace, the fan comes on through small relays on the circuit board. They are not repairable unless you are an electronics technician. If it is a 15 to 30 year old furnace chances are the 'fan-limit' switch is the problem and the relay you changed was the fan relay for the air conditioning mode. There are several types of fan-limit controls, but the most common are Honeywell and White Rodgers.
If it is a 'ductless split' system, the fan is controlled through the motherboard and is not repairable short of replacement of the board. Most of us prefer a bit more information when questions are posted and usually skip right over the more ambiguous questions. However, just model and serial numbers in the question do very little good unless you are talking to a manufacturers rep that services that specific brand of equipment. That info is nice, don't get me wrong, but a more physical description of the equipment will get you a lot further.
Model of fan? Oscillating? Near heat source , more detail and you may get an answer
