Can you see any light on your computer? Or hear your computer running? Have you tried turning of the power and turning it back on? Also check if the cables on the back of your monitor are still firmly connected. as well on the computer side.
Listen for the computer if it makes any kind of sounds when you turn it on.

My LG R410 makes wierd whenever i press any buton noises and blank screen

It will do that if the screen is black, Beep repeatedly, every time you tap a button. If that is the only problem you have, you don't have a problem. Just don't push the keys a blank screen. The statement "it was fine then i shooted it down then again i turn it on it was blank" , could you rephrase that statement? Is the machine not booting?

My averatec will not turn on

Open it again and make sure you connect all the devices and such ..It seam to be like a clear case of a disconnected cable ..If the system boot up ..and seam to run ..try to see if the vga secondary monitor brings anything to a screen ..if it does it means you messed up with the monitor connections ..cause you changed the hard disk ..you don't have a operation system to boot into and try to make an idea..but its a start ..
Other things to check is the fan connections and cables ..
If the screen is totally blank I think is like I said just a bad connection to the monitor or a damaged cable in the process of opening it .In any other case you would have at least a warning on screen even without hard disk it should boot to BIOS ..

Screen went to a 4 inch pic in the center of screen, then total black. All other functions work, just no pic

if the picture shrink into the center of the screen about 4inch then goes blank. you do have problem with your vertical drive IC, it's either loose contact with the board or the vertical IC already malfunction.
