Roku 1 hooked up, accepted our wifi, went to updates, did 100%, now reads "unable to connect to Roku. (error code 011). I've tried 4 additional times. no success! What now?

You will have to either remember your password, or reset your wifi back to factory settings and set up a new password. In order to clear the "code 011" error, you will have to hold the reset button down on the Roku for at least 30 seconds to do a factory reset. But, don't do this until you get your wifi password issue squared away first.

The E011 error code is usually a router firewall problem. If you can turn off the firewall in the router when installing Roku that may solve the issue. This is not to be confused with the computer firewall in Windows which is left ON. When you go into SETTINGS/NETWORK your screen should look similiar to the attached picture.
