SOURCE: usb flash drive 2 gb

Hi ...

When that happen try going into the device manager area >>> start >>>
control panel >>>system >>> hardware tab >>> device manager , now notice
your usb controllers area , its mostly likely open and if so ?
See if you notice a little yellow exclamation mark http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exclamation_mark by it , if so , right click on it
and select delete , then highlight your computer name http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naming_scheme on the very top of the
devise manager , select " Action " and then select " scan for hardware
changes , at this point your compute should now notice your usb devise , by
the way make sure when you are performing this that your usb devise is plug
in , See if that helps.

Else refer to this website http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtrouble_e.html
This site every issue related to USB device.
I am sure this will surely fix your problem.

Thanx for using fixya,
Bye.

SOURCE: My flash is unreachable and unformatable

click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you could see a yellow question / exclamation mark? ! or a red X

you will need to update/reinstall drivers

right click to reinstall drivers

if you can see your usb drive but its not working

ports (com&lpt) right click update driver if this fails to fix the problem

check the USB leads that attach to the motherboard usually red white green black make sure they are securely seated and have no dust build up on them dust will cause static and a lot of unforeseen problems for a computer and its parts

if you need more help with this post a reply

hope this helps you

My flash dose not work with ``please insert disk error`` and it shows in disk management `` no media ` please help me to solve it

Insert it into another computer, if it does show up, look for USB issues on the first computer, try unplugging any USB not nessessary, restart, try again.
If you cant see it on another computer chances are the USB drive went bad. Unfortunately they do go bad. Even reformatting it may only delay another crash of the USB Drive.
