If you got it recently ask for a refund by calling there number or emailing them (there may be more methods but i dont know them) but it is doubt able you will get a refund.
Loretta, since you do not include who the "prime membership" is with, I can only give you generic possibilities. First, did you pay for this with a debit or credit card. If a "debit" card all you can do it to try to find a contact phone number for the company that you now have the "prime membership" with and see if they can help you.
If you used a "credit" card, contact the phone number on the back of the card and contact them and tell them your problem. The majority of credit card companies will be more than willing to help you with this problem; especially if you did not sign up for the "prime membership" or were misled in any fashion.
