Our Rinnai ran perfectly last season but this season just last week it started turning off after it had been on for about 5mins. We have found it does it less if we have it on real low but need to fix it as low heating just doesn't cut it in -2degree nights with little ones in the house. Anyone please help so we can keep these children warm?

IF the exhaust were plugged on the unit, it wouldn't fire at all, since it has a pressure switch to verify vent flow. The slightest blockage, the unit will lock out to prevent damage to the unit.
