My web cam doesnot work

go to all program from START, and then HP media, and you will see the WEB CAM.
However if your web cam doesnot appear use the manager recovery HP and install the software for web diagram. Otherwise go to www8.hp.com and donwload the software.God bless you

you have to download lastest web cam driver from the concerned company site.

Most likely the update of Windows has doomed your webcam.
Many devices that were supported in previous versions of Windows are not supported by Windows 7.
You might try checking the Toshiba web site to see if they have updated drivers for Windows 7. If you provide the model number of the laptop, I can help you check.

There should be a software in your all programs called Acer Crystal Eye Webcam.
Try that.
If that doesnot work, try reinstalling it from the acer website.

The cable connector of your webcam or the internal controller of webcam is not functioning well.

You need to change your webcam.
Some times this webcam may work with other computers.

How much memory do you have installed in your computer. It requires a fair amount of memory to run the camera and all the other apps you have running.

you have not installed the proper drivers of both, try to use recovery cd comes with the laptop, it will install every thing as it come earlier.
