Have purchased a 50inch luxor television when i set it up it would connect to my wifi with no issue. Then one night it kept coming up with dongle removed then please wait followed by dongle not detected. Today I have tried again to connect to wifi,I get please wait followed by a quick messege stating dongle removed followed by messege dongle detected. But it keeps doingbthis when i am tryingbto scan for next works. It won't allow me to access the advanced option either. Can someone please help
The WIFi dongle maybe loose or has lost its settings.
Make sure it has a good line of sight to the router and is not hidden behind the TV.
You can set up the settings manually
.The other thing which may help is to go into TV menus under network and change from 'manual' and use your own details;
Try these settings;
IP - 192.168.1.100
Subnet - 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.1.1
DNS - 8.8.8.8
