My LG Intuition VS950 charges now, but it turns on and off on its own, it won't even show me the home screen anymore, what can I do to fix the issue?

That happens to my and I tried to many different things like different chargers, reset, overcharging etc etc...
But I was about to sell it as parts when I decide to swap battery with my brothers intuition phone...
Its not hard to do it you can do it yourself. ..just remove the screws in the bottom and carefully release the battery cover(don't broke it cuz it works as ANTENNA)
remove the screw that is covering the battery plug then unplug the battery...remove it and insert the other one...LISTO!!!!!
do the same process with ur battery in other intuition phone...
What happens ita that the battery has a chip that block the connection with the phone when you let it die so after the battery detects a different device it reset itself. ..hope this help you people...any questions let me know...also the best place to buy a battery is calling LG CORPORATION. ..it retails around $20-$25

You should try taking out the battery and then putting it back in. Then hold the power (the red phone button) button for about 5-7 seconds. If the screen STILL doesn't show, then I'm afraid that there is a hardware problem and you should take it back to the place where you bought it.

Dial ##786# then details , scroll down and find ESN.
