OK, this is set to 15, 30 45 seconds or 1 or 2 minutes. I guess you must have set to 15 seconds. You can find this in:
1. Settings
2. Display
3. Sleep> From here change it to a higher number, probably 45 seconds or maybe over a minute.
This instructions are for Androids phone, is tottaly different for iPhones.

Hello, please i want to know how to set up speed dial on the KXT7730 that is not the main line ie not on 0, or 101 on the switch board

Guessing that you already know about SYSTEM speed dials, then the 12 buttons on the right side of your phone are the PERSONAL speed dials. When you get dial tone on the intercom, you can dial "9" and the system will either give you a dial tone, or the highest line in the system. If that is not a working line, you need to fix that first (system program 400 assigns lines in service).

Once you have that, a PF button is programmed by pressing PROGRAM, the button, and dial 9 + your number dialed the same way as if you had pressed a CO button then STORE. You can keep pressing PF buttons and programming numbers. Then press PROGRAM or pick up the handset and drop it back down to end programming.

How do we set Personal speed dialling on KX-T7730?

Down the right side of the phone you have 12 Personal Feature buttons. Also, from the intercom, dial "9" and see if you get an outside line. If you don't, you need to fix that in system programming.
Now, from your phone, press PROGRAM, one of the 12 right side buttons, and dial "9" plus the number you want and STORE. You can continue programming all 12 buttons and when you're done, pick up the handset and drop it back down to exit programming.

You dial them by pressing speakerphone or picking up the handset and pressing the button.

How can we transfer phone in internal office call

You could press the HOLD button and tell the other person to pick up...making sure that you only press it once. You could press the TRANSFER key and dial the 3 digit extension of the other phone, or you could program a DSS button (PROG button 1+ext STORE) on a left side button (the ones with lights) and just press that button without pressing HOLD.

Three choices. Pick one.

Programming extensions in the phone

If you have manual(z), they should. One, the OM (operating manual) will tell you how to set up your personal programming.

The buttons on the left side of a 7730 have lights, the buttons on the right do not, so they are programmed differently. Left side is DSS, right side is PF (personal feature). If you have spare left side buttons, press PROGRAM the button and dial 1 plus the ext number and STORE. The light will now follow the activity of the extension you programmed.

The buttons on the right have no lights, so you can only put in extension speed dial numbers. For that, press PROGRAM, the button, and dial the 3 digit extension number and STORE.

Depending on the system your phone is connected with, you can just press the button to dial, or you have to pick up the handset or SP-PHONE and select intercom (if not selected) and it will dial that extension, or if the system is a TAW, TD or higher, just press the button.

When I press light buttopn in the middle the display goes blank

This sounds like a simple battery replacement. Depending on how low the battery is usually pressing the light button and the display goes dim or blank is a good indicator of this. Takes a CR1616 battery and be careful of the spring inside and make sure the seal is in the correct position. You will need to touch the AC button and the back of the battery with a pair tweezers for a couple of seconds to reset the watch. Put the case back on and set the watch thru the functions.

INCOMING CALLS

Swap phones with a known working one. If it is really the position, you'll have to read the buttons. Go to a working location and dial PROGRAM 99 press the buttons and write down what they say (ie CO1 CO2 etc).

Then go to the non-working phone, press program 99 and the same buttons. If they don't say anything, then dial 0 01 store
press the next button and dial 0 02 store, etc. Do that on all 6 line buttons.

With luck, the phone will remap to the proper lines.
