The code is an Amazon Code, have you left a message with them to ask them? Perhaps its a code that you need to plug into Amazon or website itself. The same way you do with a gift card.
What does Amazon say? The error is an Amazon error code. This might be a credential error/issue. Make sure you have correct username/password account.

I , would try using another ( alternative connection) from your humax , say the scart cable just to see if it , the humax is ok. then if tv has more than 1 hdmi skt try it too, if still not working retry upgrade firmware route

I had a similar problem with my Phillips 42 in. LCD HD TV.
Here's the problem. The Power Supply Board. I opened my TV
up(warranty was up of course) and found several bad capacitors.
Phillips and several other companies were sold capacitors that although
were highly rated failed within 5 years because of a lack of
preservatives. All sorts of electronic equipment is now being effected
due to these defective capacitors.
Solutions?
1. Take it in and have it fixed
2. Open it up, check the board for faulty capacitors(bulged or leaking) Buy a new Power supply board and install it.
3. Remove PSB, remove faulty capacitors and replace with compatible new ones.

When this happens you need to perform a hard reset of the Blu-ray player, i.e. turn it off then on at the wall.
You should then be able to access internet@tv once the Blu-ray player has been reset.
Unfortunately this seems to happen quite regularly - I guess we need to wait for another firmware update to provide a proper fix!
