This is quite tricky if you do not have the schematic diagram. But if this is on power then it could be used as a fusible resistor. Typically they are 1 ohm 1 watt. But you could try with 10 ohm 1 watt to see the progress.
first off is it the original stereo that came factory if it is try this solution: 1:turn ignition on but do not start 2: turn on stereo 3: do not touch anything else 4: wait 5-10 with stereo on and ignition on 10 min to be sure 5: after 10 min turn of ignition only remove key exit vehicle 6: set alarm 7: wait 10 more min 8 disarm alarm 9:put key back in ignition and set to on do not run 10: stereo should now work

code 10 snap throttle is a test that is done during the engine test.when you see this come up you are to quickly push the throttle to the floor and release.this checks for misfire on acceleration.there is nothing to fix as code 10 is asking you to do this operation.
Hello:Try this procedure: turn key on, turn to start, let key come back to on wait ten minutes, turn key off wait 10 seconds turn key back on wait 10 minutes. turn key off wait 10 seconds turn key back on wait 10 minutes turn key off wait 10 seconds NOW try and start. In addition you might try tapping on switch assembly while trying to start. There is not any way to disable passlock. You might try having the engine control system codes read
could be a bad 4wd actuator or solenoid- those arent terribly expensive to fix- but a bad transfer case is expensive. either way id recommend putting it in the shop if you need 4wd
If the light has not stop blinking when you wait ten minutes then it is not going to crank. My does it a lot but after 10 minutes the light has stopped blinking. I think that the ignition switch needs replacing or maybe just the key is worn out. I think when anybody goes to fix this GM problem it is a guessing game.
