If it is an older device there may not be anything you can do about the internal case temperature other than to purchase an external cooling pad to place the machine on and draw heat away from it. If the machine has a mechanical hard disk you can however replace it with an SSD (solid state drive) and both improve performance and reduce the heat generated by the device.

Keep in mind simple formula V=IR ohms law. More dirt more resistant. More resistant more temperature. So clean it before it's dead

Verbatim 1TB hard drive shows lots of free space , but when i try to copy anything on to it it takes literealy forever . what could be wrong with it . Was working grand up till now . Drive is completely...

The problem defined arises when there are bad sectors on the hard drive.
Please do a complete disk check by the following procedure.
1. Open my computer
2. Right click on the drive related to the 1TB HDD
3. Select properties
4. on the tools tab select the disk check option.
5, select the two option that comes on the popup window to automatically check and also for recovery of the bad sectors.
after the scan is complete do a safe removal of the device using the eject option in my computer or the safely remove option in the taskbar near the date/Time.
PS. Removing the device unsafely can cause a HDD crash and increase the number of bad sectors.

Error bcd 0xc0000034

Its either some files are missing that requires your device to boot up or your HDD may have badd sectors. Hopefully its not bad sectors. Try reinstalling your Operating System. If it does the same, your HDD have bad sectors. Then try a HDD regenerator software.

Bad sectors

You should replace the hard disk. However, saving and copying your data is more difficult than simply replacing the hard disk. I suggest taking your laptop to a local service center for replacement. If you data is not important you can simply install a new hard drive and use a restore cd to bring your laptop to where it was when you first purchased it. Continuing to use your laptop with failed sectors will only result in lost data and eventually failure to boot up properly.

I purchase my laptop parts here and have been very happy:

My computer burned 2 hdd

After i Read your Explaination,i really sure if the Problem is at your Computer POWER SUPPLY.
Change your Power Supply to Higher Watt.
i Recomended to you to Using SIMBADA Power Supply ATX.
and to Fix your HDD bad Sector,Try to use LLF (Low Level Format).
LLF will destroy all data and Partition. So after you Format using LLF,you need to make a New partition at your HDD.
LLF is Working for me to Fix Bad Sector in a So many times.

It is making a stange noise and does not work anymore , what s wrong and can it be fixed??

In most cases irregular sounds comming from HDD(Hard disk drive) mean reading failure. Clicking noise usually means that disk head is having trouble reading data, it could be just a small fraction of info lost if it's only a few sectors, but if the drive is unrecognized after plugging it in and clicks all the time it's most likely a complete HDD head fault. Data recovery of such faulty drive is expensive and requires special tools and knowledge.

Hdd bad sectore problim

bad sectors are not fixable as far as hard drives go.
you mmight find software that claims ti fix bad sectors but the claim is false as they only temporarily overwrite the sectors and unmark the bad and remark to good but the problem remains to be the sectors are bad.
The best thing to do is to replace the hard drive with a good used one or a new one.

Sorry but as a technician I know what bad sectors are and what happens when you get them.
