Mary can you confirm what your operating system currently is.because the category doesn't match Windows 7. Also if Windows 7 download centre only has service pack 1 it probably does not have service pack 3

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi,
Dear, It is coming soon as a bootable format. then you can install just SP3, no need of SP3 for that.
you can down load SP3 from Microsoft web site free and just run it over SP2.

Hi,
I think the problem is with the Codec.Different types of video formats require appropriet codec to play.I suggest you to install the require codec to play videos. You can download and install K-Lite Codec Pack, which include all the major video format's codec's.

You can download it from http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

SOURCE: Need Windows XP Service Pack 3 kstvtune.ax

Got a web camera. Didn't work. Said, I needed "kstvtune.ax" and a couple other small files. Couldn't find them anywhere, or downloadable versions. Listened to a lot of advice on blogs. Nothing worked. Finally, I went to the Microsoft Website and downloaded Service pack 3 AGAIN for Windows XP, from scratch. Takes time to download, even at high speed, but it's worth it. First try my camera worked beautifully. THIS IS THE FREE FIX THAT REALLY WORKS! It will get you all the files you need, which may have been knocked off by virus scans, or whatever caused the lack of files for your web camera. Go do it!

What Does It Mean When Support for My Operating System Ends?

Microsoft Support for Windows Vista (with no service packs installed) ended on April 13, 2010, while support for Windows XP (without Service Pack 3 installed) ended on July 13, 2010. Windows 2000 support ended on July 13, 2010 as well.
There is no Service Pack 3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014.
If you are still running a version of Windows where support has ended, it means that version of Windows will no longer receive any updates from the Windows Update or Microsoft Update site. These updates are generally provided for security reasons to help protect the PC from harmful viruses, spyware, malware, and other malicious software. Windows Update also provides new drivers for your hardware that can improve the reliability of Windows.
Hackers love to take a security vulnerability in Windows and exploit it to their advantage. So, if a vulnerability is found in Windows XP or Windows Vista and you are not running the latest service pack, you will not be protected and will be at risk.

How Can I Tell What Service Pack is Installed?
Follow these steps to discover what Service Pack is installed:
1) Click on the Start Button
2) Right-click on either My Computer or Computer (depending on your Windows version)
3) Click on Properties
On this window, it should tell you which version of Windows along with which service pack is installed). It should also tell you whether you are running a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows.

Computer not working after service pack 3 download

Depending on the setup of your computer, sp3 only worked well with a hand full of computers. Your best bet would be to uninstall service pack 3, and then buy the Windows 7 OS. To uninstall, go into your start menu->Control panel->add/remove programs-> and then search for updates installed. Scroll down until you find the Service Pack 3 update and click remove.

I just installed windows 7 on my PC and now my microphone is not recognized. How can I solve this problem?

Like Windows XP with other service pack 1-3

Windows 7 OS had service pack 2 also that update all of the driver. This will fix the microphone problem. Just download and install the service pack2 (updated driver).
