Easy really just ring O2 and they will give it to you if you are the legal account holder and can prove it to them.

The puk code is in your sim card,not your phone,call your service provider and they will give it to you.

The PUK code is related to the SIM card, not to the phone. If the SIM card is different from the one originally provided with the phone the PUK code won't work.

they will ask you for information on the phone and give you the code
