Problem for ASUS P5GC-MX/1333 Motherboard

Networking/Motherboard- does not recognize networking devices

I have a P5GC-MX(1333) motherboard, with 945GC rev A2 chipset. MB has an integrated LAN interface. I have just reinstalled my OS (Win XP), and can't find my utilities CD. So I have searched on Asus web page for this driver, but I can't find it. I can download BIOS utilities, Audio, VGA, Raid, Utilities, but I don't find any "lan drivers" or "ethernet adapter drivers".

Have tried everything twice! Flashed Bios with 0407, checked for 3 weeks online for help, now stuck! My son would dearly love to have his computer working.

Can't WinXP find appropriate driver for your lan card? If Asus did not provide a driver for its built-in lan, i think windows XP already has the driver built in its cache. try to install it using the wiz.
