Registration is used for marketing data so that the corporate office's sales and marketing departments understand what type of people are buying the product. This is why most registration cards ask so many questions. As far as your warranty is concerned, the only thing you'll need is a copy of the receipt. Filling out registration cards is just another way companies try to get your information.
