First i soldered dry joints and I check some H & V section capacitors with my home made ESR tester,all fine. One i suspect was R544 resistor is over heated and markings are disappeard, and i don't know the correct value.

I would say it is in the power supply circuit. check the 145 v line I do not suspect the problem in the video section.The 145 volts feed to the flyback.

A good eye could help you to know if a solder join is defective, get ahead lookin for it first. But the technical answer to know if the power supply shuts off because an over current or over voltage protection, is always a way to walk thrue. what is sure, it is, if you continue hitting the tv maybe is going to be broken totally.
